diet and cardio i would say to be the best and shift the extra bf with hard work and when you have done this then think of taking something to help shift the stubborn bf whats left, personally i would use some t5 just to help the cardio energy, t3 and t4 could send you cabaloic so caution as to be used,

maybe a newbie question but what is T5 exactly? Does it resemble thyroid hormones or is the name just a rip-ofF?

t 7 is when t3 and t4 are artificially combined to form t7, logically when additional t4 is added to the mix a t11 is born.... but if this process goes wrong then u are left with a bunch of t0000 which is utterly useless, even toxic..

I experimented with T3 and was somewhat dissapointed. I started with a good diet and expercise and was getting the lean look in my midsection and my face that I was looking for. I added T3 and I really didn't notice all that much weight loss (nothing on the scale or visual)- except for the fact that I was really tired more often during the day.
So diet, cardio, and PERSISTANCE is really the key for me!

I'm currently trying clen, I'll let you know how I like it.

    Good luck,
    Brian
