    Liquid Clen help!!

    Hey guys just got my liquid clen . I got it from an online research comp.
    I wanted to know how to take this shit. It came with insulin pins. Ive seen ARR clen and u eat it I dont know about this stuff. Just need to know how to take and how much.

    well whats the concentration?? I got my clen and its 200mcg/ml in a 30 ml bottle. so basically 0.1ml= 20mcgs which is the normal dosege per tab. I work at a pharmacy and Im using an insulin syringe that has units. 10 units = 0.1ml=20mcg . so today i took 60mcg, so that equals 30 units. you dig?

    Are u pulling it through the pin then squirting in your mouth? On your insulin pin does it read 10-100.R u filling up u 10.

    liquid clen is oral man, you should start out with 20 incremients and work your way up by 20 until you cant take the sides any more dont exeed 120 .... once you reach your point that sides are too bad cut it back by 20 and do your 2 wks on 2 wks off

    Obviously pins are more precise, but the squirts are a relatively accurate 20mcgs. Just be sure to keep your bottles in the upright position.

    the liquid clen i have is 1000 mcg/ml think. I have insulins pins that are 10-20 units should i start at 10 first.
