once or twice?
I know this should probably be in the workout section, but I thought I would get the best responses here. Which really is best while on a cycle...working a body part once a week or twice a week? I know everyone responds differently and workout intensity is also a factor. But just based ones most intense workout everytime in the gym.

Once a week is more than enough if you are hitting it hard enough.

I usually go with twice a week both habitually and in an attempt to capitalize on aas' enhanced recuperative properties, but as Kale stated, once is sufficient.

i say while on aa's twice would leave enough time.. but i also recommend glutatmine it helps tremendously in recovery of muscle fibers... i say if your going to work them twice a wk throw in some glutamine .... i prefer once a week though
