when to start first real cycle?
hey all, I am 29yrs old 6"7' and weigh 89kgs. i have been training hard for about the last 12 months. I have been following a mass building diet from a training manual, high protein and at around 4000 calories a day. been on that for around 3 months, made a few mods recently after readin a few threads on here.
can anyone suggest when i might be ready to start my first cycle? my gains are slowing down bad and this is the heaviest i have ever wieghed in my life! My family is all tall and lean. I am keen to hit the 100kg mark, and plan on a 500mg a week test e cycle for 12 weeks,L-dex through out cycle and with appropriate pct 10 days from last inj.
When should i start this cycle?? any suggestions?
i have wasted time and money previously for reasons i now understand and dont wont to do it again!:

dude your not even breaking 200lbs yet.... and 6'7 i would say you need to train harder, and eat more... theres nothing easy about gaining mass.... after you get more training under your belt.. then think about AA's

Your first cycle should be after you diet and work out is in check. Then you should be at the point you cant grow natty any more or working out for a few years.

i do train hard dude! and am currently uping my calories to 5000! jsut sick of being a rake bro! i really want to hit that 100kg mark before i start but i have hit the wall and my patience grows thin! i have been wieght training for the last 3 years total, but only seriously trying to bulk for 1.

thanks guys. Tryin to bulk a 6"7' frame naturally is hard work i tell you, all i do is eat, sleep and train!!!!!!

I did not say you dont train hard.
But if you feel your ready look into a test only cycle or first cycles.

If you have a little gyno run l-dex with the cycle and nolv for pct.
That is what i have a gsxr1000.

5 k cal are a shit load. If you can eat that much clean great. Your looking to gain mass so just as much as you can.

5000 is a lot of calories.. i would find it difficult to eat tha tmuch .. with the majority of your meals being healthy..... but ifyou can do it , keep it up.. i would say around 17cals per lbs of body weight.. ibelieve that is right.. at 220 i should be intaking about 3400 calories or a lil over.. so figure it up ... just continue eating, and training.. i know people in the same situation as you... and frustration is a Bi### but dont result into AA"s until your mentally ready, as well as physically

Dont criticize someone who is trying to help you , big jeff as well as you hugo , your not mentally ready nor physically,, your way too thin, and need some more years of solid training. Also its obvious your research isnt on point either.... for example training hard for 12 months?? and looking to use AA's ? ive been training for over 5 yrs and you can count my # of cycles on one hand.... Aa's arent miracle workers you n eed a foundation first and you dont have one... My stats are smarta## 5'11 224lbs, almost 6 yrs of training, 13 to 14% bf

telling me to take up basketball is not going to help me gain wieght! i greatly appreciate all help, but dont need to be called names by A##holes. I was not asking for your stats dude, was askin surrender for his stats. Thankyou for callin me an a#@hole when all i did was thank you for your comments.
Obviously everyone on this site was as big as they could possibly get naturally and knew everything about gear before they stared their first cycle!
Sorry i dont really believe that, I think you probably know that aint true either.
