sorry for my unclear question.i heard between my friends that they are using injections which contain ATP. i donot know much about this so i asked this question.
my target is to gain great strenght.age 22, 6 feet height, 100kg weight.

No problem. If you want great strenght I don't think you should use ATP, how do your friends use it? What effects have they had??

ATP if I am not mistaken is used a day before a heavy task, for instance the day before and an half an hour before a competition, I recal reading a while back an article that said that many soccer players use it before competitions. If strength is your concern other things should be more interesting. Use the search button on the right top side of the screen, you can find pretty much anything on this site.
