ok Im 240 pounds 6;4 im just about 12% bf i want to get more cut up
my diet is good and i also do alot of cardio....
3 years ago i was about 180 185 ,, finally started to work out and got to where im naturally ..... was wondering what u think i should do to drop the fat off?
