which test should i run
5'11
177
2nd cycle
1st was test cyp 500wk and Eq 400wk
bf 10%
diet 3750-4000 cal protein 300( clean foods)
train 4x week
rest is the only issue with 2 jobs about 5-6hrs wkdays
Goal add 10-15lbs little bloat, and maintain lean vascular and shredded
currently have
tren 75 ed 1-8
dbol 30mg ed 1-4 I know it adds water but it was dirt cheap n i dnt bloat easy
My question is should i run a long (cyp, enath)or short(prop) Test

or should i just do prop and Test E and get rid of the dbol . I hate the fact that i hear u lose the gains on dbol so ez. whats the point??? Bloat and short lived gains

as long as ur going to run tren ed then prop is ur best choice

I would use prop with them other compounds, if your first cycle was cyp you might aswell try another kind of test and see how you respond to a faster ester one, watch the diet.

IMO water retention can be conrolled with proper anti-e s and staying lean is just a matter of keeping up with cardio and staying disiplined with a clean diet.
How long do you plan on running this cycle??

I'm with my boy dragonslayer on this .. i think the majority of bloat can be minimized with a good anti-e as he suggested... but dbol probably wanst a smart choice... prop would cause less bloat, but i still prefer a longer ester , easier, and if you dont want all the bloat your diet, training has to be in check, its basically a motivation for me...

I plan on running the prop or dbol just 4 weeks. because i have enathanate running at the same time. Im basically using it for a jumpstart.I m going to hold onto the dbol (naps) for a latter cycle but this time around il use prop 100m ed with the tren in one shot.
so heres what it will look like
100mg Prop ed
75 mg Tren ed
300mg Enanth 2xwk
I have 10 shots of EQ. shuld I run that too or is that overkill for only my 2nd cycle and that im lean already. The reason I consider is the boast in appetite. That reminded me of the high times at collegeLast edited by BCG35; 09-15-2006 at 10:40 AM.

I say leave the EQ out , as you wont see very good results with t hat minimial of time on EQ( i really think EQ is a awful AA IMO) but everythying else looks great man, but drop the EQ save it for when you can use it properly in another cycle..
And good choice on the prop as a kickstart its excellent.. many prefr that over dbol , drol and othres

Thanks man. Just to clear up I would have ran the EQ for 12wks and the Test for 14.

Yeah thats not as bad but like i said many people run EQ for at least 14 wks... but its your choice.. i still would kill the EQ and save it for another cycle bro.... Best of luck... PM if you have futher questions
