I have not been in the gym for about 2 months now do to 2 groin hernias that i will be getting fixed soon, but i dont expect myself getting back to the gym to weight train until nov or dec, my question is i have went from a bodyweight of about 210lbs to 186lbs and its all muscle mass i have kept my protien high but carbs somwhat low because of not being able to work them off. is there any thing i could take to help keep muscle until i can return to weights or something that will bring me back faster once i can weight train again?? i need something that is easy on the hairline because i have used in the past a couople of things, test and winny and i lost a consideral about of hair in the time i used. if not AS what eles woulf help..
