    who really follows???

Time on = Time off?? Im sure its okay if you did a 10 wk cycle and you feel fully recovered that you could start up again 2 months later. Who really follows time on = time off? I know so many people that dont even follow that.

I'm afraid I don't follow it as I include my pct as time off. Not ideal I know.

I think you should listen to your body but as a rule we usually tell newbs time on=time off just so they can get a feel for things.

the proper time off = PCT + cycle length, you might feel like your recovered but your bloodwork might say different, so i suggest regular bloodwork done to track recovery, i know it sucks to wait that long but if you keep pumping AAS into your system without proper time off your body will get use to it and you wont make proper gains

    Exactly.

Its not just about gains either. Cholesterol, triglicerides, liver values and HPTA function are all important to have in the proper ranges.
