    injection help

    about to shoot a shoulder injection... im gonna be training back in like an hour after my shot... can i shoot in my shoulder then go train back... or should i shoot my legs today... or should i train back then after im done training do my shot in the shoulder.. blah blah want ur guy's info thanks alot

    imo i dont think it will matter, I shootin the delt and work back. why are you concerned

    does the compound your shooting make you sore?

    No worries dude...Go for it.

    I personally shoot the same muscle that I'm working, as I feel that the exercise helps stretch and force blood to the area...But thats just me.

    my concern is just i dontt wanna be crazy sore in the morning.. in the past ive only shot legs and there always so sore.. so i dont want ne training to make the soreness even more aha

    I'd work the back then inject after. I'll work shoulders then inject in the delt, but my shoulders never get sore from working out, just the injection.If you never injected in the shoulder it'll be sore, not too bad though. All in all it doesn't matter, depends on how much pain your muscles give you from injecting and if you can deal with it.
