Go with test 500mgs a week. See how your body reacts to test , before adding another compound to it.

5'8 185 and Im 24...My first cycle was test e 250 mg per week 8 weeks and dbol 50 mg every day 6 weeks and I had great gains
Ive been lifting hard for about 4 years but I started at about 16
I run deca at 300mg/week for my knees and get great results from that. but I'm not taking it for size or strenght. from my experience, and others that I work out w/, deca dosen't add size or strenght at low doses. but great for the joints. If you want size and strenght you'd prob be better off w/ 500mg test/week
