I would definately advise against running deca with no pct. With proper PCT however it is possible for some folks to experience excellent gains from deca only at the amounts you described. For my *first cycle, I ran deca at 300mgs weekly for 10 weeks and put on about 25lbs. After pct, I maintained a gain of 20lbs of muscle. Lots of folks here, most with much more knowledge and experience than me, advocate against deca only cycles, but in my personal experience deca by itself can lead to good gains.
