The most important thing to realize is whats making you depressed. It's never as bad when you know whats causing it, but the problem that alot of bodybuilders have is they take something(or come off of) that triggers depression, and find another excuse to replace the problem, coincedentally breaking up with someone, losing their jobs, etc. Then they really do go out and off themselves, alot of bodybuilder suicides out there. As long as you keep reminding yourself that life isnt that bad, your mood is just being exaggerated, you'll be ok, it'll eventually get better. If it ends uop becoming months and your not better, well my friend, time to get some bloodwork done and some HRT.
