    tbol

    would it be a waste to start off at 20mg of tbol and then work my way up each week to about 60mg or should i just start off at 40mg

    6'1 210 about 12% bf done a few cycles
    test e 500
    test e 500 deca 400
    test e 750 eq 400

    my last cycle was about 8 or 9 months ago

    No. But I would ramp it up quicker than a week each dose.


    My first run with tbol gave me bad stomach probs...Had to keep the dose very low around 20mgs. Week later bumped it to 30mgs then to 50 when I was comfortable. Now I can run it at 80mgs with no problems whatsoever. Can take it with or without a meal without any stomach discomfort.

    6 weeks is the ideal amount to run tbol for 60mgs the whole way. But for you because your slowly going up you might want to run it for 8.

    Are you running it alone? Won't see much gains compared to your other cycles if so.

    It's a mild aas.

    I consider it as an extra push or a supplement rather than a steroid.

    If your training and diet are spot on I can see you adding a solid 5-8lbs MAYBE. Strength gains eh ok.....

    Many ppl run it along with test then are praising Tbol for its amazing gains.....Yeah of course you had great gains you were taking 800mg's of test with it......I'm always like lol.

    Compared to your test/deca & test/eq cycles , tbol only will show little gains to them, strength and size wise.

    You should add something to it. Find a compound to suite your gains. My cycles differ from lots so I don't know what would be best for you.


    I want to run personally a Test E(low dose)/primo/tbol cycle. Most likely won't though.

    Test E 300mgs/week
    Primo 400-600mgs/week
    Tbol 60-80mgs/day

    yeah i do have some test left over would 250mg a week be to low
    i just dont want much bloat

    Whats your goals? Get huge ? If so run 500mgs+ and wal la.

    I don't wanna gain weight so I find test and what it does as not my thing.

    You don't have to run test if you don't want it's effects, find another match up for Tbol then.

    Save the clen for during PCT. If you are trying to harden up, and cut, then I'd do a test and winstrol cycle.

    Test prop with winstrol would definately harden you up. Any test with an AI would be good aswell though.

    im thinking of maybe adding some winny to the tbol cycle..not at the same time though..tbol for six weeks then the winny

    Are you saying Test is not a must if you're not looking for strength but rather mass??
    i thought test HAD to be run as first cycle whatever cycle you plan to do as a second, third or whatever cycle...

    this isnt my first cycle i have had a few in the past and want to do a cycle with out test

    Test does not have to be ran in any cycle if it does not fit in the "users" goals etc.

    i'm on tbol now. i was on tbol/var and gained 15lbs in 8 weeks. i'm running the tbol with prop now. at the end, i'll compare the results to see if i really do need test with tbol or if it can be done only with the var.

    What dosages & what were your before stats?


    Gains that high off of compounds like var & tbol are usually caused by starting to early in the game. First cycle?

    Fantastic gains. I ran tbol/var for 12 weeks and didn't experience gains close to that. well kinda close, around 10lbs max gained while losing a few lbs of fat here and there.

    10lbs and losing fat at the same time is pretty impressive bro. i have good genes. i've noticed i respond better to orals. i've onl ever taken prop... but i gained 12lbs in 4 weeks off superdrol!
