Test E and Dbol cycle please help!!!
Guys I just got my gear in and I am so excited to get on with it. I am going to post my stats and cycle. Please tell me what you guys think and if you have any advise for me.
27 years old
17% bf
182 lbs
I have been in the gym for over a year. Traning is going well. making decent gains. My diet is ok I am getting around 200 to 250 grams of protien a day. I will up the protien intake to 300 starting today. My cycle looks like this.
500mg of Test E per week for 10 weeks. One shot on Monday, and one shot on Thursday. I will be rotating injection spots every time.
60mg of Dbol per day. I will take 20mg in the morning 20mg at lunch, and 20mg at bed. I will do this for 4 weeks.
I have Clomid and Nolvedex on hand for PCT.
I think I got it all in check, but plese give me any advise you may have

I would say take only 50 mgs of dbol .
Take the test monday morning and thursday night to keep it even.
I hope for your sake you have NOLVADEX not the GNC shit novedex on hand.
you should take 10mgs a day of that.
From first glance training only for a year doesn't seem like enough time but if you are set on doing it then good luck.

How tall are you?
Body fat seem pretty high for that cycle....
Might want to reconsider doing a cycle right now , and get into better shape first.

I am 6ft tall. I was wondering about my bf. I didn't know if it was to high to start my cycle.

Your going to get mixed results on bf but i would suggest bf under 15% .... and considering i dont know your cycle experiences i cant suggest dosage wise for the dbol . but im pretty sure you dont need to be hitting dbol at 60mg

Lose the weight first
I did my first cycle at 18% body fat and went to about 12% at the end whilst adding about five total pounds of weight. Test will burn fat with your workout but I believe that the dbol sides I experienced was due to my being high on the body fat side. JMHO. Get down uder 14% before you start. It will focus you, get your diet in order and be goal #1 before you cycle. You will have good results if you do it now but the results will be better if you wait and get yourself toned down first. This is good advice; take it.
