    taking AS when over weight

    well steroids build muscle and burn fat... I know quite a few fat guys that used juice, it gave em just the kick in the ass they needed to get to the gym seriously...

    while it would be idea for every steroid user to already reach thier genetic potential, have a great diet and great gym ethics before taking steroids... lets face it it just aint gonna happen...

    when I first did steroids while stationed in korea I was 150lbs at 6foot2 and my buddy was about 225 at 6 foot and he was 25% bodyfat...

    we found acess to methyl test and test cyp ampules... 6 month later I left korea at 180 using no pct and he was about 220 with about 12% BF...

    would I ever suggest steroids to anyone who was waaay skinny or fat... probably not... I would suggest they train properly and eat right first...

    But to be honest the majority of steroid users are not body builders, they are guys who dont eat right, dont get enough sleep, dont do any PCT and train like morons... I used to be one of them...

    Fortunatley this forum has alot of guys who do eat and train right and give good advice, thats why I hang out here...
