    Bloodwork In Canada

As anyone in Canada knows since we have a public healthcare system doctors dont just give blood tests unless there is something visibaly wrong with you.

I am in my PCT after a 12 week cycle, I want to get blood work done at the end of my 4 week PCT to make sure everything is good. Problem is im 23, the doctor would just look at me and say im perfectly healthy/young and dont need it.

The messed-up part is even if I wanted to pay out of my pocket, the lab wont let me, I have to have a doctors referal.

Also let say if i can convince the doctor to give me the test, I wont ever get a copy of it, and the doctor doesnt even followup with you unless something is seriously wrong.

Any ideas on how to get my test, and see the results?

I'm planning to do my first cycle in a few months. I don't know if I would want to share the fact that I've used AS with my doctor. Just feels weird, knowing he's my family doctor as well as my wife's and kids.

Is there another service you can try? One of those longevity clinics that do HRT therapy?

Go to your Doctor. If he refuses...tell him he's a fvcking loser and go to another one. Any Doctor that refuses to help/monitor you should be pulled from the medical field. You are going to use AS regardless of their preaching...then why not monitor it!?

I'll get off my soapbox now.

I ask my doc, and he has no problem getting it done for me. I just have to book a second apointment to meet with him to view the test results.

New age Doctors will help. Some Doctors think they're making a difference by not helping...so be it. Just go somewhere else.
