Ok for starters all give you all the info!
Im 22 years old 6'1, 275lbs and 26% BF and you would never guess that by looking at me as I carry my weight extremely well. I have been in the gym since I was 15. The only break I took was for 9 Months starting in late 2003 to mid 2004 after having two consecutive brain surgeries due to a tumor I had in my brain stem. My time in the gym has mostly been spent trying to gain strength and agility for sports purposes (Football, Track, Competitive Weight Lifting, Cheerleading, etc) Now that I am no longer in sports I am just trying to Gain lean muscle and slim down and maybe in the far off future even compete in bodybuilding. My goals are to drop my bf down to 15% and pack on some lean muscle by the end of next summer. I know it's possible, but my question is HOW? I know that adhering to a strict diet and exercise program is PART of it, BUT what else can I do to get the results I want? I am not looking for an over night transformation, but I am looking to get results that I will definitely see within a few weeks. I am up for ANY suggestions because I simply want to know what would be best for me.
