Ice or Heat on painfull sust shot?

Which should you put on the day after when you get a not from the sust?

I know of some guys that used to sit on a heating pad the next day after a sust injection. Said it helped with the pain. Like said, it will help with the blood flow.

i've heard some of the guys here say that you should mix your sus shots with some deca or eq (if you are also using either of these drugs) to take away some of the sting from the sus.

This'll be the second time I've said this today - heat it. It'll help disperse the oil, which is what you want. Massage it as well. Should make it feel a bit better. Don't shoot more than 3cc max at a time into the same site either.

I lived on a heat pad all last week. Trust me, it works.....ooooh it makes you feel all tingly inside.
