    Fat Burner Advice

    Ive got some extra flab on my stomach and what would seem to be a bloated face.

    ive been increasing cardio but its not helping,im wanting to use a fat burner to combat the problem,,,, one with minimal sides,well basicly a safe one


    what do you guys suggest?

    ive not used steroids .
    at first i thought it may be genetic,no one else in my family has excess fat on the face,neither did i until a few years back...... it looks unhealthy,it does infact look like roid moon face

    Nothing improves your body and health more than food and exercise. Get them to in check and fat burners will truly be the foreign objects they are.

    Think about how we evolved to who we are today...our ancestors from millions of yrs ago were lean, fit and completely rid of all the autoimmune diseases of today (diabetes, obesity, etc). They thrived off of daily exercise and play. They're diets consisted of fruits, veggies, meats, seafood, and nuts/seeds. The answer is so simple most people simply overlook it.

    I doubt paleo man ever had to worry about fat on his face...

    Just something to think about.
