Smile NEWBIE - 2nd cycle - drop some opinions

Hey guys I'm new to the board, but have been an off and on reader for a year or two. I'm about to start 2nd cycle and get back into a new routine, as I've been slackin for a couple of months now and lost mos of my last cycles results. About me:
    age: 24
    height: 6'1"
    weight: 192 lbs.
BF%: unknown, but definately higher than it should be, not sure how to find out accurately.
Previous cycle: 300 mg cyp 2x/week, along with decca, also ran dbol for first 6-8 weeks or so and some winny toward the end. maxed out aroudn 215 lbs.
PCT: Never got my hands on any clomid like I was supposed to, but used finistride shampoo /w proscar & rogaine for hairloss. Also used milk thistle and xtra vitamins while on cycle.

New Cycle: Haven't ordered yet, but looking at more test cyp and possibly eq. I'm open to any suggestions or alteration anyone might have. Also diet/training ideas are appreciated.

OH ALSO, I can't figure out how to subscribe to a post of mine or to know how to keep track of it so I can read replies and whatnot... anyone?

Diet: I'm currently not logging calories or anything, but am sticking to a regiment of primarily lean meats with some fats (olive oil, and some may in my tuna, etc) But keeping carbs pretty low except for the PWO meals.

Goals: Looking to get some pecs on me for once, bigger arms (namely tricepts) and would like to lean out the midsection and drop a good 5-8% of body fat if not more (a 6 pack would be nice to have once in my life)

Thanks guys, I appreciate any feedback!

First and formost have EVERYTHING ON HAND before you start a cycle, this way you will never have a problem like you did. I think you should get your diet in check before you start also, post it in the Diet forujm and get some feeback. I would also go get some bloodwork done to see if your Test levels are normal because there is a chance they could be messed up due to inpropper PCT

It sounds like you need to get your diet and training ruitine in check first. Log your callories, what you eat, and how many callories you eat daily.

Also, rather then waiting untill you are on aas, start your new training ruitine now. You'd be supprised what can happen when you change a ruitine. I change mine all the time. Keep my body guessing, while I try and alter it for better gains.

I supposed I should get some kind of chart or something to log the calories, cuz I'm not rightly sure how much my food tends to have... but I suppose thats a good idea. I'll look into some bloodwork, anyone have an estimated cost for such work?

As far as routine goes, I'm hittin it around 4-5x/week, for 45 mins-1 hour and breaking up the muscle groups per day. Haven't been in much cardio, but planning to get on it soon... I just hate it so much and DNP is less agonizing than running IMO =) (I'm 1/2 joking)
    But I will be soon.
