answer ALL the green questions below and we can help you figure it all out. What do you have for PCT
10 weeks of prop is a lot of shots!! can you say pincushion??
Deca should be cut short by two weeks less than the test so your PCT times match up
You would be better off hitting test cyp or eth... i agree thats a lot of shots ... im guessing you dont know the frequency at which test prop should be shot ?? list the stats, and we will see what we can do to help, because you obviously need it ( no offense)

IN that case my question is what are you thinking ?? do you know how to adminster test prop shots? the frequency? or dosage? test prop is nothing like test eth or cyp
iwas thinkiung about taking 150mg every other day for 10 weeks
Id personally go with a long ester with deca, unless your going to use Npp.

If you could get your diet, training, and rest organized correctly then I'd imagine 150mg Test Prop EOD would work wonders for you... again if you could get all of those variables in check. Without them, however, you will probably not get half the gains you are hoping for now.
I've run Prop 100mg EOD for 12 weeks and it was pretty tough...some days I just felt so sore from injections that training didn't seem to have the same appeal to me as it usually does. My next cycle will hopefully be with Test Cyp or Enan. and I think the lack of discomfort will be a welcomed change.
Also, before you go and get yourself kicked off of this site, I'd try to listen to everyone and what they have to say. People can be very helpful and anabolics are not something to be engaged in without the right information. They only started to flame you when you didn't respond well to their initial comments.
