    Thumbs up Help Pls!!!

    need to reduce 10% body fat
    increase 5 - 8 kgs (11-20pounds) of quality muscle that can be maintained
    increase overall speed, explosive strength (competition MMA) as well as strength and endurance -> runnin at good speed over medium distances (5kms) without and with heavy packs.
    so what´s the stack best for the purpose?

    the best stack to reduce 10% body fat? A good diet.
    Once your diet and bodyfat are down, maybe look into some gear.

    the best stack for helpiung you compete in MMA? good training.

    AAS arent a wonder drug and wont make you get skills youve never had before.

    do lots of cardio and eat a good diet....check the diet forum for tips
    and train hard it will come

    Age, stats, cycle and training experience should be posted so that you can have an answer.

    Plus it does help if you do some research.

    here the stats:

    27, 177cm, 92kgs at 22%bodyfat - after bulking on prohormones, i do 2,4kms in 11mins flat, train a mix of cardio and strength 4-5 days/week, eat very healthy, have high protein intake, been competing MMA for 4yrs and being Ex Forces have a pretty good training regime ... knee injury in Jan and following surgery set me back a bit tho.

    thx for all the replies guys - so far following stacks seem an opt 2 me:

    1. Test E/Winstrol
    2. Test E/Masteron/Winstrol
    3. Test E/Eq/Winstrol

    plus in any case the usual aromatise inhibitors and post cycle stuff.

    so how do u rate any of those?

    lose some BF before any aas. cardio & diet is all you need

    bearing my goals in mind i just received a suggestion for a stack from an old mate of mine via email - tell me what u think of it please .... thx in advance!

    Deca/Primo/Winstrol/Clen/Cyt

    sounds a bit much to me for a 1st time cycle or u guys reckon that shud work out fine?

    how come people dont get its... first cycle should be 1 or 2 compounds...


    TEST at 500mg.... maybe a little deca or someting.. dont go trying to make a lab experiment in your ass man... ur b/f is too high..ull just retain a ton of water and be put in a higher weight class...

    thenn u will most likely get your ASS handed to you!

    i would recomend (after u lower bf)1 compound bro eat clean build lean u dig.
    500mg test e or c , ew. 250 mg 2xew

    cool! sounds like great advice to me ... not in2 turnin my ass into a lab experiment LOL so if i understand the last 2 posts correctly i should go for 500mg of TEST E or C/week split over 2 injects of 250mg/wk as soul compound or possibly add a smaller amount of DECA ... if DECA then how much should i go for and if not DECA can i stack the TEST with PRIMO to take care of the b/f issues? either way i do get the gist of stickin with 1 max. 2 compounds for the 1st cycle.

    Primo will not "take care of BF issues" No AS will do that. You seem like your going to keep asking the same question until you hear someone say "yes do a cycle of three or four compounds and you will lose fat and be better at MMA". I wouldn't advocate you take anything but if your going to do it anyway then stick with Test like pumpd said. Make sure you research your PCT ect.

    You need to pick a goal and stick to it. Too many conflicting goals listed here. I would suggest bulking first to gain your muscle. Then cut to lose some BF. The increase in lean mass will help you with most of the other goals you have listed.

    You need to do the legwork, and based on your goals develop your own methodology. We're here to help with that, not do it all for you!

    You can't bulk and cut at the same time. Your diet will not allow it. You can do only one or the other. So pick a goal, and come up with a sample stack that we can critique for you and make suggestions.

    I found that if you lift and use a low carb diet with losts of protien ,you can cut bf and bulk up at the same time.

    Wow, if you find out how to do all of that stuff then let me know. lol
    I think that you know the answer. You need to train very hard and eat very well. The drugs can help with gaining muscle but thats about it. Even then it is not easy, its just possable.

    Winstrol is hellish on your joints which I would have thought would be bad for mma. Is this your first cycle? How old are you? What is your current height and weight? Whats your diet like?

    yes it is my first cycle indeed - i am 27, 92kgs at 22% body fat after bulking on prohormones, 177cm tall, i eat very healthy with medium carb and high protein intake. if winstrol is bad on joints then you are absolutely correct by saying i should pass it by in terms of MMA.

    at 22% BF i would concentrate on cardio alone. There is nothing out there that will make you more muscular and lose that ammount of BF at the same time. Cardio and diet and when you reach a plateau it might be time to look at some clen.
