worst soreness ever...

im in my 8th week of test E at 500mg per week. first cyle. i never really got any muscle soreness on any of my previous shots but for some reason since the day after my last shot (saturday) ive had the worst soreness ever. i can barely walk. it literally feels like i just got hit in the ass with a baseball bat. hurts to sit, hurts to stand, etc. and im not nearly mobile enough to lift. should i be worried?

No sweat bro, it would happen to me when i shot glutes if i put weight on that leg right after a shot, charlie horse and much soreness. also if you flinched or moved the pin around too much while shooting, you will bruise the inner muscle, and be pretty sore from that. it should ease up within a couple days.

A lot of people report soreness after shots, its typical, as they suggested you should allow it to warm up in hot water before injecting, and after massage the area.... this will help prevent knoting and soreness
