Nicotine is a decent anti-estrogen...but that's probably not the answer you were looking for. GrapeSeedExtract is decent as well, and has alot of other benefits. Arimidex is widely available, but is a research chem and not exactly "OTC" (though it's legal to purchase).

ATD isn't so great, and I'd avoid it for the most part, and I'd avoid most topical ATD formulations and topical AI's in general as your primary Anti-estrogen.

6oxo is alright, and works for some.

I have not found any studies yet that say high estrogen cause hairloss.. in contrary i only found studies that state estrogen counteracts Testosterone , so it actually helps preserve hair.

TEST ===> DHT culprit should not be overlooked like u did.
Plus I'm almost a firm believer now that TREN is really bad for the hair.
Plus u also got Winny there, i never used it, but i believe i spotted many people complain its bad for hair. Plus if u're taking anything like Accutane high levels of VITAMIN A.. that will cause hairloss

yeah u need to control that DHT. and if i were you I'd bag this whole "natural" estrogen thing and get some adex. What you want a natural one for? Your already on test, sust, tren , and winny, how worried about stayin natural can you be? i mean really.
just get some adex and finasteride and control it from both ends. and dont bother with nolva, its a SERM, so its not gonna lower your estrogn systematicaly, iy just blocks it in certain tissues. I doubt it blocks it in hair follicles. use an AI.

    I'm glad someone caught this.

Plus, I've heard that when you have a compound that binds as tightly to the AR as tren does, finasteride is usually not that effective.
