    Cycle results wooo

    Yo whattup every 1... i was on here a few monts ago and was new to juicin
    any way i decided to with a str8 12 weeks of test e and deca and here are the results
    gained 25 lbs of mass
    from 315 to 375 on bench
    from 405 to 495 on d/lift
    squat pretty much the same

    i had some nolva on hand but didnt need it all... im gonna be starting my pct tommorrow

    this was my first cycle btw... 18 years old

    What weigh are you at now?

    And how did your squat not go up? Do you not go heavy because you find it unecessary for what you do or do you have knee issues?

    im 5 8 at 214 lbs now
    i find that high reps really works better for my legs... my strength did go up in leg extensions, lunges, legpress, but i always squat last; 135 for 20 rep sets so i dont go heavy on that at all.
