    Sust 250 with winny 50's ?

    Is this combo good or bad? Asking for a friend of mine,I have used the sust but not the winny so I don't really know what to tell him. He want's to use winny at 50mg a day and the test at 500mg a week. Winny 6 week's and test 10 week's. Any thoughts would be appreciated,thank's. He is 5'11 220 if I had to guess I would say BF is around 18-20%

    That would be fine for me, but everyone is different.I love the results you get from winny. Winny and test works well together.
