T4 damage for life?
I was just given a very convincing story from someone that using T4 will give me the high possibility of screwing up the my thyroid for good.
IS it safe to run at 200mcg's for a few weeks since i am only just about 21?

Ive been using it for about 2 months now at 160 mcg/day and havent had any sides, using it along with HGH. Anthony Roberts seems to think you can run it for a very long extended period of time and have no troubles. From what ive read its mainly T3 that you have to worry about.

The biggest thing is to pyramid the dosage. The only time people have had problems are when the run an extreamly high dose, and don't pyramid. It doesn't allow the tyroid to return to it's normal fuctions.
It's best to ramp up the dosage, and decrease the dosage the same way as you increased it. 200-250 should be fine. Just start small, and ramp up and down slowly.

so do you think 100,125,150,175,200................175,150,125,100 sound good over the span of a month?

T4 is pretty harmless.. In fact there are case where T4 was taken several years and still after cessation of the drug thyorid levels returned back to normal.

Well in the end everything which can be achieved thru thyorid hormones can also be achieved without them concerning fat loss.
There are very rare cases of people who damaged their thyorid permanently taking more than replacement dosages of T3 or T4.
If i were you i would simply up the cardio and adjust your diet. That is much more healthier and involves no long term health risks at all.Last edited by AleX-69; 09-29-2006 at 07:58 AM.
