What can I inject in my hamstring??

What can I inject in my hamstring to make it better and what gauge/length needle should I use ?

I dont know what you mean 'make it better'. 1" 22-25G would be fine.

If your talking about injecting specificaly into your hamstring to make it grow more, that wont work. Spot injections to increase that certain muscle dont work.

I tried propionate in my bis and lats and they worked really well. I was thinking of injecting prop. In my hams. I know winstrol works well for hardening the hams. Did anyone try propionate In their hams??

It makes it bigger for like 2-3 days and than the oil dissipates...

i shoot prop in quads it doesnt make it bigger it will only swell up like Pooks said then go away.... my pec was huge for days and hurt like a mother but its back to normal now

you can not grow site specific. SORRY but that is a myth!! If that was the case, all of us would have HUGE asses since most shots are done in the GLUTE musle!

the muscle may swell a bit for a day or two after injecting, but that is it.

actually u and pooks are wrong LOL

belive me u kan site specific grow... its called Myofascia stretion.. u see myofascia is the limiting factor in muscle growth.. so if u kan inject a slow disipating solution like EO or Synthol then the myofascia stay strecthed allowign the muscle to grow faster it works

but the problem is ur looking at inject 2-3ml iN each of the muscle ED so for the first 2 weeks it HURTs the 3-4th weeks it just gets OLD!

i have pioked each hed of my bi ED for the past 1.2 months w/ synthol
GOT no scar tissue

i have done bi injects .. 5x a day w/ GH/IGF/SLIN no scar tissue..
IF THE NEEDLE IS SHARP and u do it smothe and proper NO WORRIES

i agree with this becasue over the years roataing sites and ED even 2X a day injections i got No scar tissue .... But the flip side have scar in the gluets from when I was a newbie( just starting out was scared to inject any were but glutes( that changed real fast ) ..... So bi, quad chest and even tris and delts No scar tissue at all ( but use 25 gauge pins )LOL

last time i ran a cycle (like a year ago i'd say) i had some in my delt's. i hit them alot though- they never gave me any pain. i definitely rotated really well though- i used delt's, glute's, quads's, pec's, and even bi's and tri's once in a blue moon.
