Deca/Test I searched but did not find anything

This is my 3rd cycle 1st 2 were test only, and my last cycle was a year ago.

I am using Nan-dec and test cyp. 1st question is 300mg nan-dec enough? most everything I read recommends 400mg a week minimum.

2nd question I am planning on running 600mg test-cyp and 300mg nan-dec a week broken into 2 injections, if you guys feel strongly that I should run the 400mg nan-dec a week as a minimum, do I need to raise my test-cyp higher than 600mg a week?

Last question, I plan on running arimidex eod with this cycle, is this as good as letrozole ?

hate to give cycle advice without complete ststs.
ANswer the green questions below adn we can hlep ou better

you can run the deca at 300 or 400, without having to adjust the test.
arimidex is my choice , but some like letro more so its your call

if it was my cycle id switch the doses deca @ 500 or 600 & test @ 400 or 500

I read its good to run test 200+mg over deca to help keep your sexual life up and running. On test 600 deca 400 right now with no sides so far.

I am 34 5'7" 238#'s 17% bodyfat, I will not be starting this cycle for a few more weeks, I am currently using clen and cardio 5x a week to get Bf down and so far so good, I have arimidex that is why I asked about letro, I will stick with the arimi. For PCT I have HCG , nolva, clomid, I would also like some suggestions on doing my pct properly. Both my previous cycles were test only and I used just nolva and clomid for pct starting 14 days after my last shots.
