2 weeks is when i would start.

change up the winny start and finnish times to end 18 days past your last shot of sust then start your clomid therapy the day after you take the last winny shot or tab,the nolva shud be started the day after the last shot of sust.
Personnally the nolva and clomid would be enuff for the cycle you have outlined imo............
