Planning ahead cycle no 2

Did a Prop only 5 week "test" cycle to see how I respond to AAS, was quite pleased but the results were masked by the fact that I was cutting hard at the same time.


Anywho, thinking about doing my first proper bulk, I have access to Test E and thought It would allow me to run higher levels then Prop without excessively large doses ED.

I see two ways to do this (but I might be wrong).

INject 500mg first inject frontloading and then mantain at 125mg twice a week giving 250mg every week after the first one, this should keep blood levels at the 500mg dose right?

Second option 500mg every week split into 250mg shots giving blood levels that rise each week for 2-3weeks until half-life decay matches uptake.

Just run 250x2 a week. Add somethign else to the mix as well.

What would be your choice of "else"? And why do you think its needed?

its not needed. but alot of people like the help of other things like deca or dbol to bulk up. with test e on your first or second cycle you can bulk up on just that. keep eating clean but eat more and train hard.

Well you are taking steroids because you want to get bigger right? You already know how you respond to test, so to increase the size and speed of your gains, why not try another compound? Test is weak IMO anyway. Using other compounds, though increasing chances of sides (But you can help control these with proper supplementation), also increases gains, assuming training/diet is 100%. There is a lot to the actual science of suing other compounds simultaneously but, you get the idea.

Dbol, Winstrol, Tren, theres a lot of options.

Sure I understand, but I thought for the first few cycle it was best to keep it simple.

I had been thinking d-bol would make a nice addition if anything was to be added.

you will like the dbol in there if you use it.

dbol and test is still considered pretty simple.
