is this the correct way to run a cycle
im 200lb
5'11
8 Week Cycle - 56 Days
Anavar (25mg)
Winstrol (25mg)
Clenbuterol (.2mg) Pills/day
Week 1
ANAVAR 2(per day) = 14(for the week)
CLENBUTEROL 4 (per day) = 28(for the week)
week 2
ANAVAR 2 each = 14
CLENBUTEROL 4 each = 28
week 3
ANAVAR 3 each = 21
week 4
ANAVAR 3 each = 21
WINSTROL 3 each = 21
week 5
ANAVAR 4 each = 28
CLENBUTEROL 4 each = 28
WINSTROL 3 each = 21
week 6
ANAVAR 4 each = 28
CLENBUTEROL 4 each = 28
WINSTROL 3 each = 21
week7
ANAVAR 5 each = 35
WINSTROL 3 each = 21

How about some more stats like age and how long you have been training. also B/F would help. then some of the more experienced peeps here can help you.
Height and weight mean nothing. you could have been born that size...LOL

after 1 year i dont think you need aas....but if your going to do it......i would go with 500mg per week of test e or c....for your first cycle do test only

actually i just got the paper
its 17%
and no i would not be jumping into this
obviousely id tighten the grip on my diet before going forth
i was 220 now i jump around from 195-200
u must think im some idiot
where all i need to do is ingest pills and when i wake up ill be ripped lol
thats not the case and i know it

good...lose the weight and then maybe think about it......but even with aas you still need a good diet.......dont rush into it.......think about what your goal are and then when you think you ready then you might be ready....anyway good luck with the diet there are lots of good diet tiips in the diet section.....keep reading and learn everything you can..

I'm doing my first ever cycle with sustanon and d-bol I havent seen many gains my appetite has all but completly diminished. Im heading in to week 6. Im hoping to see my gains with in the next few weeks. But for a first cycle I would recomend something with a test, imo and from everything ive read. good luck.

2. Need more of a base - 1 years lifting is not enough
3. By week 8 you'd be doing 200mg of orals a day - pretty high esp for a first timer
4. Tapering sucks
5. With good cardio & diet, clen may be useful for you
6. You need to carry on learning for a year or two, get your BF down then, if you still feel you need to juice, do 12 weeks of test e @ 500mg EW

Couple more year's of diet and training would be optimal, but in the end it is your choice,and your body. Research is key,and lot's of it.
