    B12 injectable or oral????????????

I did a search on B12 to help increase appetite during a cycle, after reading for an hour I still did not get my question answered Does B12 have to be injected or can it be taken orally in pill form? I know injected is probably better, but will you get results taking it orally, like the stuff you can buy at a vitamin store?

    Thanks

Dude the Jury is out on whether or not B12 does anything at all for your appetite. But if you want to try it the injectable form would be a lot better

I dont notice any diffrence from either as far as appetite goes....

Some do some dont give it a try and find out what it does for you....

As Kale stated the injectable will no doubt yeild better results than the oral....

I always use it when my appetite goes during a cycle, for me b12 is a real bonus for increasing the amount of food i can consume, i take 1000mcg ED of the injectable form, oral is no good you would have to take a bucket full to get the same affect, stick with injectable

Oral b12 is not absorbed. It causes a negative feedback loop . Injectable is great stuff
