I spread it out thru out the day. I take 1 gram ed on cycle.
i spread it out to 3 times a day. the m thistle i have recomends, 500mg 3x aday.
I thought milk thistle doesnt do anything on cycle, since it binds to something and the aas are trying to bind also.
