    Estrogen downregulates androgen receptors?

A couple PubMed studies, and a well known Doctor told me that an elevated amount of estrogen can negate any positive effects of androgens you are taking. Upon further research, I found they say that estrogen is the culprit for downregulation of androgen receptors, not androgens.

Also read that taking androgens increases amount of androgen receptors.

    What do yall think?

Talked to a chick who worked for steroid production company. She also says that if you're estrogen is too high, you won't see gains from a cycle. Also said that you wouldn't necessarily get all the symptoms of high estrogen, but it still may be too high.

Basically I'm still trying to find out why I'm not getting gains from any cycle I do, not even side effects either.
