Good question. I was needing the same info. I DO tend to bloat from test e.

arimidex is a very strong drug. I have learned its ok to go up to 1.0mg at the most. I would recomend .50mg every day until a diffrence is seen or up the dose to .75mg

If your doing test omly, I wouldn't use any Ai's at all. Now now three weeks into your cycle you start to get a bloat then go with .50 mgs ED....Otherwise forget the ARI...
