    Need some advice (getting sick)

    Hey guys I just got off test-e and im almost a week through pct with clomid and nolva and last night it just seems like I got hit with a bad cold. I havent lost any of my gains yet and I want to keep it that way. What are some of the things I can do during the course of my cold to prevent me from loosing weight besides eating and drinking water. Should I be going to the gym?

    Stay out of the gym until you're clear...1. Why infect others with your junk, and 2. Your body is under enough stress right now fighting the infection, stressing it out in the gym will only prolong the infection. Keep well hydrated and get plenty of rest..give it 4 to 7 days..depending on how you feel and then ease back into the routine over a week.

    Take it day by day and how you feel. When you feel up to working out go for it. Quicker you get back in the better. Make sure you eat.
