For those of you that take letro what is a good dosage for during the cycle. I know .25 but does anyone know around how many sprays it is. I really just want to know what a good number of sprays to take a day would be.

This is a first for me....Sprays interesting. I wonder can't you still use a slin pin and measure out as much of a dose as you want. I'm sure it still measured by the mg

the letro sold by the board sponsor is ORAL. I am assuming you are just sayin to measure it out by slin pin & use it orally. 1 spray(pump) is approximately
.25 more accurate would be an oral syringe. the amount u use on cycle depends on what you are on cycle with. there are better options for on cycle Anti -E.

Ya the site sponsor doses it at 2.5mg/mL so you would need to you .1mL to get .25mg. So either use a slin pin or oral syringe to measure out .1mL or just do one nice solid squirt from the pump.
