I havent touched a cycle in a year and a half nor have I touched the dumbbells in that time. My peak weight WAS 173lbs but I have surpassed that now with 192lbs. That's not muscle gain! The majority of the gain is in the mid section and chest (starting to sprout little titties!) I need to startup again and need advice. I'm looking for two answers:
1. anabolic cycle to boost fat loss
2. training routine to rebuild a foundation.
