Prop/Tren site rotation issue
Ok, I'm running both and injecting Ed mixed together.
Sat - Right Quad
Sunday - Left Quad
MOnday - Right Delt
Tuesday - Left delt
Wed - Left Tri
Thurs - Right Tri
Friday??????? Where should I shoot?
My quads are still knotted up from Sat/Sunday, and I'm afraid to put prop in my glutes, since I have hardly been able to walk from my quad shots. Every body part I've used has a knot in it and is still painful.
Where should I shoot on Friday if my quads are still balled up? I missed quad day this week due to the pain and I can't miss them next week.
I'm hoping my body gets used to the prop ester soon so the pain becomes less of a factor.
Any suggestions?

I don't shoot tri's but I do shoot PECS.
My least pain with Prop was in my glutes

Yeah..Go Pecs! Pecs, bis, rear delts.
I'm not a fan of glutes, but thats also an option. Calves as well, if you don't want to walk.

I also had a theory I would like some input on.
I was thinking about working the same body part I just injected each day. This way you get the work in before the pain sets in. I also thought this might help the oil disperse.
What do you think?

OK, I just had the worst workout ever. My whole body feels crippled. My tri and delts burned and throbbed the whole time. I only got a few light sets in and then walked out of the gym in disgust.
So far, I'm not impressed with prop at all. too many cons and not enoug pros.
I might as well stab myself with a rusty steak knife every morning in a new muscle and then go try to work out.

i use upper quad and lower quad
front and medial delts so thats 8 places there
tri's
glutes

How long before I should expect to get over the pain. Does your body aclimate to the prop eventually?
I figure each muscle will hurt like hell the first time. I'm praying the second shot is less painful.
I like to work out 5-6 days pe week when on cycle and this is seriously cramping my style.

The only muscle that hurts for a longer duration is thighs! Some guys won't hit those at all. Just make sure to steer clear of thighs anywhere near your leg day!

Most pain comes from prop crashing in depot. BA is absorbed very quickly by the bloodstream, causing the shorter esters to crash out of solution and crystalize in your quad, tri, penis, or wherever you shoot it... Hence the pain. Benyl Benzoate hangs around longer, keeping it in solution longer.
Hence why homebrew prop at 2% BA and 20% BB is mainly pain free.

Man, you got nothin to worry about. Right now Im shooting twice daily. I have to come up with 14 spots. All you need is 7. Easy peasy...
Delts
Quads
Pecs
Glutes
That's enough right there and we havent even got to bi's or tri's not to mention lats as well.

I was also thinking about adding in the front head of my delts. I usually hit the lateral head (i think that's what it's called).
If you hold your armstraight out on front of you like you're holding a handgun, the meaty portion right on top of your delt between your bicep and trap seems like a good spot.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong. I was thinking it might be thick with nerves.

I think I have an infection in my Tri now. The entry point is red, the site has a lump, and the skin is pink and warm.
