I'm eating clean, and like a horse (it feels like anyway). It just seems like I cant get enough good calories in during the day. I'd like to gain at least 20lbs. on this cycle since it is my first. Any suggestions on good high calorie foods?

Eat clean every 2.5-3hrs, and you'll be fine.

2 grams of protein per every lb of LBM......Bulking: Calories 20 x your weight will work...Keep your diet clean by using Low glycemic carbs (Except for PWO) and plenty of godd EFA's...Ex Virgin Olive Oil and Fish Oil are two of your best friends for EFA's

Thanks guys. I'm gonna try to get the 4000, but like you said my main goal is eating clean. I could get the 4000, but I would probably gain a ton of fat with it. I'll keep everyone posted as far as gains (when I start seeing some ) Thanks again for the help.

Hitman what is your BF.. hard to suggest a calorie amount without knowing your LBM (lean body mass).

Do not eat 4000calories/day you will get fat more than likely and you can probably grow just fine off of 3000calories (whole foods, no shakes).
