what would be better to use during it?? Nolvadex or Arimidex?? and why??

I always use arimidex during my test cycles, like hosam4ever said it blocks estrogen to prevent gyno form happening, your cycle also looks short, I always run test for 14weeks.

Completely agree. Do everything you can to research these compounds, and you will understand why Arimidex is better.

I think Nolva being used while ON is old school. And for me, doesn't do jack. It does have its place during PCT though. After you do some research, dont' be afraid to run your PCT by us as well.

-stops estrogen interaction at breast tissue and hypothalmus.
-Doesnt lower estro systemicly
-lowers igf-1
-upregulates progesterone(girly hormone) receptors(an issue with 19-nors ie., DECA!)
-generally improves lipid profile(raises goood cholesterol)
-low liver toxicity

Arimidex:
-lowers estrogen systemicly
-may slightly raise igf-1
-slightly more liver toxic, not much
-more reported joint aches
-less water retention
-no progesterone up regulation
-generally produces unfavorable changes in lipid profile

pros n cons to each. u decide.

1-10 weeks 400mg deca shoot 2x a week. that is 200mg per shoot monday and thursday. so you need 10 2ml vials =4000mg.

i was reading big cat's steroid profiles at bodybuilding.com and it said that arimidex reduce gains alot more than nolvadex because armidex will stop estrogen from the start and u need estrogen to get maximum gains
