Injecting Steroid

hello all,
ive desided to do 500mg of test en. injecting once week. ive read many times and am pretty sure once a week with enthanate is good.
anyways, (question)
it seems to be hard to get EVERY last bubble out of the syring even after tapping it and so on. is it ok to inject with alittle air or what?
please help me understand this part of injection

I personally drawa little more then I need and inject the extra back into the bottle. Leave no air. But for amps I dunno.

It might help to heat the amp or vial under running water before drawing the oil up in the syringe. Make it easier to push the oil trough the needle when injecting also. I would go for twice a week shot though.

and by twice a week, im sure he means split that 500 mg into TWO 250 mg shots. not two 500mg shots. Im sure this is to keep test levels stable.
