Hi, I have never taken steroids before. I am trying to gain some serious mass and strength, and keep it after the cycle but I don't want to hurt myself.
Stats: height- 6 0
weight- about 200
body fat % about 11 or 12%
I was hoping someone could give me advice as to what would be a good cycle to start off with to gain strength and mass (and keep definition) without a lot of side. Like what type to use and how much to take and for how long. Sorry I have so many questions, but I would appreciate any advice. Thanks a lot!
