What kinda cycle?
I am somewhat new to taking steroids and i was wondering what type of cycles do you guys suggest for bulking up, maybe a 3 month cycle or something? I also wondered about PCT, and what i should take, i've done a little research and this is what i've came up with -
Week Nolvadex HCG Aromasin Vitamin E
1 20mgs/day 500iu/day 20-25mgs/day 1000iu/day
2 20mgs/day 500iu/day 20-25mgs/day 1000iu/day
3 20mgs/day 500iu/day 20-25mgs/day 1000iu/day
4 20mgs/day 20-25mgs/day
5 20mgs/day 20-25mgs/day
6 20mgs/day

Im currently 302lbs. about 31% bodyfat

Really you have pct down and thats really nice to see but you should really cut your body fat down before cycle.

It will probably be best if you hold off doing a cycle for a little while. It usually not a good idea to cycle when your bf% is that high. You can actually increase your risk of side effects and you probably won't be happy with your appearance afterwards.
Have you been to any of the other forums at this site? The Diet Forum has some really smart people...Same with the Workout Forum.

Hey bro. That BF is way up there. What is your current diet like? Before you even think about starting any cycle get the diet in check and that BF will come down real quick. I don't know how alot feel about this but I think the BF needs to be at least around 14 or less before really getting serious about thinking of a cycle. Get a clean diet going and if you can, get to doing A.M. cardio before you eat anything. I shredded from 17 BF to around 12 BF in no time. What stats are you looking for? What age are you? It is definitely time to start sweating and burning that BF. Good luck bro.

More Stats
20 yrs. old, 6'3, and my workout experience is about 4-5 yrs! so you guys recommend that i take some clenbuterol for cutting first then?

Sorry about the double post. Do the research and bro at your age with alot of hard work the BF will fall off. At your age you metabolism is in high gear so you should not need much to shred the BF. Diet is one of the most important things when it comes to getting in shape. There is no miracle pill. You can not depend on a pill or anything else to just take it off of you. Get in the gym, do alot of cardio, eat right, and sweat bro. Nobody said it was going to be easy. If it was everyone would be ripped up. What stats are you looking for?

you deffiantly have the basics down, I would check out the diet section the cutting cycle near the top of the page.

The goal stats look great and can be reached but go to the diet forum and do some more research on cutting diet. Make sure all you meats are lean, little or no dairy products, and try to do your A.M. cardio without eating or drinking anything before unless water. That way you body will be burning on nothing but your fat storage.
