Sorry about the double post. Do the research and bro at your age with alot of hard work the BF will fall off. At your age you metabolism is in high gear so you should not need much to shred the BF. Diet is one of the most important things when it comes to getting in shape. There is no miracle pill. You can not depend on a pill or anything else to just take it off of you. Get in the gym, do alot of cardio, eat right, and sweat bro. Nobody said it was going to be easy. If it was everyone would be ripped up. What stats are you looking for?
