I know the smallest dosage to take for effectiveness is 50mg. I have taken prop tren winny and that winny I tried it at 50mg caps. I want to do same cycle, i dont really know what 50mg did for me. I did have some joint pain, but that weight away after like 2 weeks when I started it. Should I bump it up to 100mg? What would winny be doing if I increase the dosage, since it gets you hard and lean mass? Higher dosage going to get me harder, how hard can you get seriously?
