I'm wondering if anyone on this board has done a 16-24 week cycle.
Usally i see most people doing the common 10-12 week cycle, but according to Dave Palumbo, the best way is to go on extended periods..
He resons that the a 10 week cycle would allow for a large build up of body wieght followed by a large drop in body wieght (something the body is not used to handaling. On the other hand a 16 -24 week cycle would allow the body to overcome this difficulty, + you are more likely to have a more permant increase in muscle mass from the extended cycle then the short one...
I just wanna here some exericanced (and expert) opinions on the matter..
