Consistancy in diet and training with alot of rest and You will hit that goal in maybe only 2 years if everythings down. Goodluck.
realisticly i plan to be 175-180 within 2 months... ive done past 4+ months low cal getting more and more strength with some shape.. which has been good.. my size sufferd but im pretty happy.. i will shoot up 10 pounds in no time...i havnt done creatine either.. because i didnt like the first few weeks when i tried it 12 months ago.. i been pretty natural.. protein + 1 tribulus bottle.. havnt been taking vitamins either.. just did high cal + weights to get my size up and weight.. so i think if i do a creatine cycle first ill be 175 easy maybe 180.. tend to grow pretty quick and fast when i keep the cal up high.. been busy and that sufferd but im ready to grow again.. mark my words in 1 year i will be 200 lbs clean!
