My goals are to get to about 220-225 lbs. Im currently 204lbs 6'1'', 27 years old. My Diet is basically High protien, High carb (on lifting days), well balanced with oatmeals and grains, fruits, veggies, i dont drink smoke, or eat any shitt what so ever...ever. i do about 6 meals a day. Lifting wise i have about a 320 bench, dont no my exact body fat % but its below 10. I dont know what else to descrbe about myself that would be helpful. i took straight winnstrol injection about half a year ago and put on about 13 lbs from it and made great gains. what would any of you suggest to take for my goal, id like to keep my cut witout bloating...any suggestions?
